Yesterday was a true test of my willpower as my BF and I went out for dinner at our local pub, and was it ever difficult to not have a pint but I was even more challenged by the menu!

I had a Garden stew made with beer, and a salad...alcohol burns off when cooked, right?!

It was probably the smallest dinner I've had in the last 10 days or so...had to go home and forage for nuts like a squirrel!

...just 1 more pound and I"ll have lost 2kgs in two weeks - pretty good I think!

Sometimes I feel my mind wander as to what that 1st carb will be when I transition into phase 2...probably pasta - oh how I miss italian food :P

Thanks so much for the supportive words kitkat!

Got to do some reading about moving over to Phase 2...don't want to regress and I love carbs in all shapes, colours and sizes so don't want to mess it up.
