I know what ya mean Murphmitch and Natasha! I can definitely tell a difference in the fit of my clothes and ultimately that's more satisfying to me than some numbers on a scale. At the same time though, I guess I must have been retaining water and bloated because this morning the scale dropped down a few more numbers for a total loss of 6lbs thus far (going by the WW scale. Going to check the gym scale as soon as I can.) Yay!! I attribute it to the great suggestions I got in this thread.

Thanks again guys! And I had my beans and veggies this morning as promised.

I always get such great ideas from you girls!! Way to stay strong melanie!! It's such a personal thing as far as how much grain we can add back in. I'm only up to like 2 a week before I start to slowly creep back up the scale.

I've lost 6.2lbs in 3 weeks and I wish it were double digits! We gotta be proud of our success and just try to improve!

Mel, if you feel like you are retaining water...this sounds weird but blending watermelon rind and parsley together will help...you'll be a tinkle queen, but it will help!
