45 minute walk and hope to do the bike for 12 minutes tonight

S- cheese and turkey pepperoni(forgot i had t-bacon in my muffin until after I ate the t-pepperoni but the t-bacon in muffin was maybe half a slice)

S-SF iced latte only drank about 1/4 of a cup, apple with walnuts.
