B-scrambled eggs w/1 piece lf ham, 6 triscuits, .5 oz smoked mozzerella
S-1/2 grapefruit, nuts
L-deli slices, cheese and coleslaw (fairly sure the cs didn't have much sugar in the dressing)
S-popcorn at movie (no butter), triscuits and cheese after
D-chili
B - v8, hot tea, steel cut oats
L - deep dish Italian pie
S - apple
S - almonds & V8
D - Not sure, I'm headed to a concert & hockey game with the youth group and it's tradition to vote on where we stop for supper. I'm bringing extra snacks for the game and I'll leave a yogurt in the car just in case there's not much for me for supper wherever we end up.
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, V8
L: RF cheese, refried beans, carrots, hummus, Greek yogurt
S Special Valentine dinner tonight: Sirloin marinated in the Flank Steak Fajita marinade from SB recipes, grilled veggies, spinach salad, sweet potatoes, ricotta creme with a bit of melted dark chocolate, maybe some strawberries
B: Not gonna lie, it was very off-plan: protein bar (no sugar) and SF energy drink and 30 oz of water. Needed something quick and easy, was out of almost everything on plan so...

L: Brown rice vegetable sushi (DW was nice enough to go out)
S: cucumber, carrots and snow pea pods with kalamata olive hummus
D: RF Cheese quesedilla (1 WW tortilla) with salsa and 100 cal guac pack
I did order myself some SF candy from a website yesterday. I need to hold myself accountable when it comes though! Speaking of which, I may go down and get a cinnamon drop to have to get me through this homework. They always help me drink water too!

S: Veggies with a little ranch dip
D: Leftover steak and veggies
S: Ricotta creme with almond butter
