It's so important to read and understand the label on all the food products we buy. As this article points out, there's a world of difference between "wheat flour" and "whole wheat flour", and "made with whole grains" only means that they may be somewhere in the ingredients, not the first ingredient listed.
The SBD has really taught me to be especially careful about checking out the label before I buy anything. It may take a little more time in the store, but it's better to be safe than end up with junk.
