ooohh, peach wine? Now that we can grow peaches here I hope someone makes one. We have cranberry, rhubarb, apple, apple blueberry, and pear. There's also maple wine but it's much to sweet for me.

Tonight I made turkey sausage stir fry. I served it with rice for the kids. It was absolutely delish!

Yesterday I made a big pot of split pea soup and homemade 10-grain wholewheat bread. I also made a SBD compatible blueberry cobbler with the quart of wild blueberries I brought back from Maine, but it was a little disappointing.

For today, I found a recipe for Kuri Squash Gratin that sounds interesting, and I'm making chilled steamed broccoli in a balsamic viniagrette on the side.

I am going to try to be creative with spaghetti squash, leftover pork kebabs, green beans, basil and tomatoes plus some cheese. I may throw in some chick peas as well.

Is there a recipe for that ricotta-tomato casserole? I love ricotta, I mean I adore it. It's the best part in a lasagna to me! Tonight I'm going to have whole wheat cheese ravioli with tomato sauce sauce to get my ricotta fix.

We had roast chicken, cauliflower mashed potatoes and salad.

I had never made the cauliflower this way, although everyone RAVES about it. I was so impressed! DH liked it too. Led me to believe a great part of the attraction of real mashed potatoes is the texture.

You know, I've never made that cauliflower. I must get some and figure out the recipe for one.

Tonight I'll definitely BBQ as the season is winding down. (It's not the cold but the dark!) I have a flank steak marinating and will grill it with peppers, onions and zucchini. I might sneak in a sliced tomato and basil salad while I still have them. The garden is winding down but I still have some baby zucchini forming out there.

Ruth, here is the recipe from our P1 Side Dish thread; http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/side...-potatoes.html

It is my newest OP favorites. I used a little soy milk, and added smart balance because I didn't have a buttery spray.

Here's Friday's dinner--I'm using Tofurkey veggie kielbasa, though turkey kielbasa should be fine to use. I just have the veggie stuff in the freezer.

Yes!! Let us know how the sausage, leek and potato soup was!

We had salad, grilled pork tenderloin, deviled eggs and asparagus.
