Hey everyone. Im a longtime lurker who just recently started posting. I did not do south beach, although i use a lot of the recipes. The reason Im here tonight is because the past few weeks i had seen a lot of posts on here about Honeycrisp apples, and for the life of me i could not find one ANYWHERE. Well this weekend i found them, ate it in the parking lot, and i have to say it with the best apple of my LIFE. just thought i would share
