Hey all. I have had a heck of a weekend and a bad start to the week! My DS is sick. I am at my wits end trying to get him better. (Long story, but he has a history of gastro issues, these last 4 days have been the worst and his doctor is really dropping the ball!!!) Anyway, stress is getting to me. I went off program, ate some chips last night. Stayed OP all day until this evening and again went off program with a Slimfast bar and rice krispie treat! Calorie wise, I didn't do too much damage. But sugar wise, I did!! I am having a rough time fighting the urge, even though it doesn't help. Right now I have a "don't care" attitude, but I worked so hard this month I can't blow it now!
I have one last day in my exercise challenge, and unless I put in 100 minutes tomorrow, I am not going to make my goal!
