7 treadmill 30 min (Note to self: Ask DH to turn on AC in workout room when he gets home so cooler by time I get home)
8 45 minutes on Totalgym
9 30 minutes on the dreadmill
10 30 minutes on the dreadmill and 2 set of squats 12 reps

15 life keeps getting in the way, argggg.
16 30 minutes on the dreadmill felt so good to workout -- much to my surprise. I even ran a few minutes, didn't think I had it in me.

Well I'm joining this late in the month... I don't know what I did earlier, posting what I've tracked

Goal: Something for at least 30 min. 5 days a week... ( I'll figure a time goal next week)

I started late (just Tuesday) - so I will go from there for the month.

Goal= avg 45 minutes a day / 450 minutes

330 minutes completed

22- 1 hour aqua aerobics
23- recovered!
24- 1 hour aqua aerobics
25- 1 hour Zumba (OMG that kicked my butt!)
26- 1 hour Body Design class - 15 minutes AB lab
27-
28-
29-
30-
31- 15 minutes Ab Lab 1 hour Kick Boxing
