8-46 3 mile WATP.... 30min bike ride with DH
9-so far today: 46min. 3mile WATP, dancing-90mins... 1mile WATP-15mins
10-25 mins- 1.5 WATP, 120 mins-4mile WATP (2x), 60min slow stroll (it was longer but the amount of exercise?)
11-60mins 4mile WATP, 60mins dancing
12-45mins Tae Bo, 8min ABS...so far (I may do more)
13-68mins... 4mile WATP, 8min Ab video. 30min stroll, and 45min Tae Bo
14-45mins tae bo, 30min walk at the park
, 8min abs, 60min WATP
15-45min tae bo, 60min watp, 8min abs
16-60min WATP, 45min Tae Bo, 8min abs...same as yesterday...
17-60mins 4mile WATP, 30min 2mile WATP, 30min. quick paced walk
18-60min WATP 4mile (done 2 times today)!!! Total of 120mins...maybe will do more
19-60min walk in the cold and rain and WIND!! ICK!!! and then 60min 4mile WATP
20-60min WATP 4mile superchallenge!!...30min walk and 40min bike ride
