Everyone is giving great advice, I love coming to this website just to read the posts, even if I do not post something. I know that sometimes I will be out and my choice is not very SB oriented, I make take half the bun off or whatever to make some modification and then the rest of the day I will stay on track. I don't do this every day only once in a while, but it has not stopped my weightloss. This is lifelong journey, you are going to make mistakes, we are human, but you get right back up and keep going. I am the only one in my house doing full SB, but I am not even tempted by my kids junk food, I make my own SB friendly desserts for my sweet tooth.
