Now that soup weather has returned (at least to my little corner of the world), I've been searching for new recipes to make for lunches and dinners. This one for a low calorie, Thai-style soup turned out great. If you're sensitive to salty flavors, though, you might want to use low sodium chicken broth or cut back on the fish sauce. Enjoy!
