2 points for a 1/2 cup serving
1/2 pound shrimp, cooked -- chopped
2 pounds imitation crab meat chopped and flaked
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup celery -- diced
2 whole lemons -- juiced
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood seasoning
Combine shrimp, crab and celery in a large bowl.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Pour dressing over crab mixture. Refrigerate.
It usually is better the day after it is prepared.
