My tomato plants are absolutely brimming with green tomatoes. I cannot wait til they start ripening up! I've had a few early cherry tomatoes already and they taste so sweet. I've also got Romas and some sort of big ol' beefsteak. *sigh* August in the veggie patch. Is there any better time of year?

: I'm looking for recipes/methods for preserving tomatoes. I've done the basic chopped before and that's all good because I use them ALOT but does anyone have anything a bit more exciting?
