Sonoma is really structured compared to Med. Keep in mind when if you read the Sonoma book that Sonoma seems to show meat consumed more often that traditional Med. But it is definately a good place to start if you need structure or a starting point.
Web sites... there are SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many. As a matter of fact, there are so many websites I can't imagine anyone spending money on a book unless they needed more structure.
Try the stickies.. then google Mediterranean Diet. In the meantime I think it would be a good idea if we compile a list of really good sites. I'll get right on it... (um.. in a minute
