Hi! I read some of the post here and decided to join, so i'm new here. I want to try sonoma diet but i don't have the book. I live in asia so it's hard to look for that book. there's Page One here, they sell a lot of english books, but they don't have the book . I don't want to buy online cuz of the shipping fee. Any suggestions. I really want to try sonoma diet.

You might be able to get a cheaper copy off of Ebay. You really do need the book for the lists of food available on each Wave
