Default One more question

Ok so I have a question about the ratios of the meals. Let's say I am eating lunch and its 40% protein and 60% veges and I don't finish all of one but do finish all of the other. Does that matter? Is it really just about making sure you don't get a larger portion than the 40/60 or are you supposed to eat so much veges for so much meat?

When my friend was talking to me about Sout Beach she made it out like they told you that if you were going to eat a bagel that you had to pair it with so much of something else. I don't know if that is even true but I was wondering how it is on the Sonoma.

Yesterday for breakfast I only had one egg and a piece of toast instead of two eggs, does that matter. Or if I can't finish all my veges at dinner is that ok? I know I'm probably just getting to picky. Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me.

You should really try to eat everything you are permitted. If you don't get the proper nutrition -- and veggies are so important -- your body will go into "starvation" mode and begin conserving calories, so that you won't lose weight; you will plateau. If you can't finish all at one sitting, maybe save it later for a snack. You are allowed to snack on Wave 1 veggies anyhow.
