Question Hey I am new, I need to loose some weight!!!!

Hello all, I am new to this site, I need some advice on which program to use to loose some weight, I was on the carb diet 4 yrs ago and lost 100 lbs.,however I have gained that back and I dont know if I should try the card diet again, or try the fat gram diet............... any help here??

The best advice I can give you is pick a plan you think you can stick with for the rest of your life, because this needs to be a permanent change.

There is a sticky at the top of this Forum titled" What is the Sonoma Diet?" I would suggest reading that and then if this looks like it might be a match for you,. you will need the book.

Linda is right. And that's what drew me to this plan--it really is do-able for the long haul.

Thank You for your response. I will be checking into the sonoma diet, do u know if it is a "cooking" diet like the carb?

I'm not familiar with any carb diets, but on this plan you do have to cook. This stresses "real" food as opposed to processed and packaged foods.
