Great picture Zofia! you are so young. Is this a new boyfriend? I remember you having a breakup not so long ago. I have no idea what Haggis are but I'll find out.
I was away for the weekend and had some horrible eating. I plan to try to eat really well this week. I'm dying to see a number below 220 on the scale.
B: Canadian bacon and egg pita pocket, sugar free latte
L: slice of roast beef, carrots, potatoes
D: chile-mint burger with yogurt cucumber sauce, glass of pinot noir, strawberries and mascarpone cheese

Gorgeous pic Zofia
LOL is there no new thread this week! Oh well too late now I suppose.
Sorry I've not been around, I've literally not been at a pc the past few days. Eating's been ok, been getting loads of walking in so I'm happy about that. Weight is fluctuating.
Will be back to updating daily from tomorrow !

Well ladies, my scale said 220 this morning. I think I'm getting close to breaking through my plateau! I'm very happy about that.
B: Canadian Bacon and Egg Pita Pocket, sugar free latte
L: Chile-Mint burger with yogurt cucumber sauce on a whole grain sandwich thin, side salad with honey mustard dressing
S: peanutbutter crackers
D: Cold peanut noodles with shrimp, strawberries with mascarpone
Ping-you have to use a little sugar with the mascarpone. I use about a teaspoon of powdered sugar with a tbsp of mascarpone and mix it up in the bowl, then slice the strawberries on top and eat a little cheese on the spoon with the strawberries. Very simple and delicious.

Scale still said 220 this morning so it appears to be real. I'm hoping for a lower number tomorrow morning. I want to see something with a 21.... whatever. That will make my day.
B: steel cut oatmeal with some honey, currants, walnuts, sugar free latte
L: cold peanut noodles with shrimp
S: a few small pieces of easter candy (gift from a patient's family)
D: chile-mint burger, yogurt-cucumber sauce, glass of pinot noir
maybe some strawberries and mascarpone cheese later. they have become sort of a habit.
ping-you will have to let me know what you think.
