Well, down 1lb this morning. Still, nothing to jump for joy about seeing as how I was up 2 last week but hopefully that's just monthly weight gain. Anyway, if I can lose another 2lbs by Sunday then it means I still managed a loss while my Mum was over visiting. Thank heavens there is no St Patrick's day this week

I don't know what is wrong with me...I feel like I can't focus on the demands of my jobs and losing weight/exercising at the same time. As soon as I start to buckle down and really work on the things that need to get done I lose the desire to lose weight, cook my own meals and get up and exercise. I guess it is just stress. I ate really badly last week on the road...hamburgers and french fries. I didn't gain numbers wise because I tend to keep my eating for the rest of the day to a minimum (this is so unhealthy) but my body just looks disgusting to me. I need to find a way to keep everything in balance. I feel like my posts have been negative lately and I'm sorry for it
Today:
B: no breakfast
L: PBJ on WW
D: Grilled chicken with pasta and veggies

Hey Sarah,
I know what you mean, sometimes at the end of a stressful day it's just hard to think about preparing meals or exercising. I totally understand and hopefully soon the stress will ease, allowing you to focus on healthy eating. At least you are at the maintaining stage, so you just have to be careful not to do too much damage. Keep coming back - or I'll be lonely!!
B: Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
L: Cup brocolli soup, apple, low fat yoghurt
S: Pear
D: Creole shrimps, curried cauliflower, and salad. Low fat ice cream

B: whole wheat buttermilk pancakes (leftovers), sugar free latte
L: grilled moroccan pork tenderloin kabob, carrots
S: peanutbutter crackers, baked doritos (went a little crazy today)
D: turkey and soba noodle stir fry, glass of white merlot, strawberries and mascarpone cheese.

Hello everyone!
I've maintained 131 for a few weeks now so MAYBE it's here to stay and I can start on another pound. Yesterday I bought a dress for my son's wedding that is in 10 weeks and am hoping I can take it back for the next size down if necessary!!
Sarah- I'm sorry you are so down. I hope you feel better today.

I'm feeling better today...I made myself breakfast, and for whatever reason, feeling like I was in control of one thing that I'm eating made me feel a lot better about everything else. I guess I feel like if I can be in control of one meal today, maybe I can be in control of two tomorrow. Going to the grocery store helps too, there was no food in our house. I guess knowing that I can eat a sandwich at home and then go to work without eating cookies or candy because I'm starving is a good feeling.
B: Steel cut oatmeal
L: PBJ on WW
D: Sister in law and her boyfriend are coming into town, which probably means wings and beer, but I'll try to keep it moderate
Exercise: Jumping up and down in three students lessons like a nut, and then speed cleaning.

Hello? Anyone out there eating?
Strange eating day-fried egg sandwich for breakfast, two smokies with mustard and relish for lunch. I think I just needed some old fashion food today but I did not pigg out! I'm just having blueberries for supper.

I cooked some very Greek food tonight. It was okay-not destined to be a greatest hit at my house.
B: smoothie with greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, banana, whey protein, sugar free latte
L: turkey and soba noodle stir fry, grapes
D: beef campama, brown rice, roasted green beans, glass of pinot noir
D: orange, date, and pistachio salad
I tried some Eco Domani Pinot Noir tonight. They are known for their Pinot Grigio but the pinot noir was actually very good. I recommend it if you like pinot noir.

haha, the smokies diet. sorry I forgot to post yesterday, I'm so far off from my routine right now that I don't even remember what it looks like
Yesterday:
B: steelcut oatmeal
L: PBJ on WW
D: homemade chicken noodle soup and about half of a coke float
Today:
B: steelcut oatmeal
L: PBJ on WW
D: chicken fingers, fries and beer
So tonight won't be so good dinner wise, but we're going out to play trivia with friends and I'm just going to relax. I did plan ahead though...I have a rehearsal tomorrow night and instead of planning to eat fast food, I baked chicken and I'll put it together with some easy sides before we leave, which means I won't feel disgusting during and after the rehearsal.
