Default Need to lose 15 pounds

Looking for someone else with my same goals. I'm 5'2 140.5 mid twenties looking to lose 15 pounds. Everytime I get to 135, I stay there for about a month and then go back to my usual of 138-142. Anyone interested in keeping each other motivated, sharing some tips?

Hi fattygirl! I'm definitely interested. I am the same height as you, and I'm currently weight in @ 137, so my goal is to lose another 12 pounds. I would love to trade tips, ideas, encouragement, etc. I am new to the whole dieting arena so having a buddy would be extremely beneficial!

Sounds great. How did you get the first 10 pounds off? I had some success this past week, but it was definitely due to working out a lot, b/c my eating was awful. This week I'm trying to actually eat like I'm on a diet.

I'm following, or attempting to follow, WW right now. This is my first attempt ever @ dieting, so I'm proud of myself, as I've only "cheated" once in the past month and a half. As far as exercise goes, I haven't really been following a set routine. This is an area that I definitely need to improve in. I walk/jog on my treadmill. I've recently purchased some pilates/aerobics dvds and plan to try them soon. Sometimes I train on the EasyShaper we have at home. My problem is, I don't do any of this consistently. This is where I need to do better with my new lifestyle. So basically, my recent weight loss is due to cutting out soft drinks, drinking more water and diet beverages, and watching what I eat...mixed in with a little bit of exercise. What have you been doing as far as exercise?
