I am 19 yrs old, 5' 7", and 198lbs. I live in southren Kentucky. At one point in my life I weighted 260-270ish pounds, and through both a low fat diet AND poverty I lost most of the extra weight and got down to 180lbs. After a year and a half off the band waggon i am pushing 200lbs again. I promised myself i would never get up in the 200's again. So i am back dieting... or trying!
i started lastnight, but i messed up last night AND today. I just cant seem to get motivated
maybe a buddy could help me out. someone to talk to and maybe share everything i ate that day with, and to share my daily struggles with. someone to just tell me that everything will be okay. and most importantly I need motivation. I am also good at giving advice since I have went through 4 years of therapy for OCD and a anxiety disorder!
ps. i carry my wieght well, no one i have ever told believes i weight as much as i say i do.
my goal weight is actually just 160lbs
