Hi Wendy I'm Lisa. I'm brand new here and I'd love to be your buddy. I want to lose about the same amount as you and right now I'm at 168 so we would probably be a good fit.
I live in Boston and am a public school teacher, chasing kids all day helped me lose the first 20 lbs but now I'm stuck. I workout all the time, running spinning etc, and I lift weights 3 times per week. Obviously the diet is what I need to work on.
I want to drop the first 5 lbs by the end of August (difficult with a 2 week vacation at the end of the month but we'll see how it goes)
