Default I'm In...Weeks 1 and 2!

Okay, I think it's time for me to kick things up a bit...sooooo, count me in. I've done all of these except for 3T and CP3...I'd better get to previewing these before Monday. Weeks 1 and 2 seem very do-able...I'll see what happens after week 2. I'm excited to see if I can pull this off. Wish me luck!

thanks 2CMEAGAIN.

I'm off to the gym, I am so tired nut I have this motto that helps me make it thru, "Just show up" and the rest will be taken care of.

Have a good work out this morning ladies.

Waaaaaah! I didn't know the advanced rotations were so...SIMPLE! And and...2 days of rest! Oh my! That's not fair. The advanced DVDs' rotation has only 1 rest day.

Hehe. I'm just kidding. I think I'll modify my rotation a little (thanks for posting it , Tracy!) It's because I usually do 3 workouts per day (that's 1.5 hours!) and rest days make me feel lazy, so TWO lazy days will probably make me feel guilty.

Plus, since my body is used to the 1.5 hours per day, and if I lower it to just 40 minutes a day, that'll mean I'll burn less calories per day...and...maybe my weight loss will stall...which will make me have to eat less. EAT LESS? NEVER! I'd rather work my butt off than eat less. I eat healthy, but I still like eating, ya know?

Hamster-I knew the rotation would be a little bit easier for you since I know you are going at an intense pace. Can you post what your rotation is and that can help others who are doing the dvds at your pace also. I like to do 2 dvds also but 1 is not enough.
Thanks
Tracy

I just finished my Booty Sculpt & Ab- I love this workout too. I just needed to get on in before 12:30 am.
I should be in the bed but now I am energized. I have an awfully long day.
I can not wait to get up and hit the gym again.

I have more motivation to get rid of the weight more than ever. I wear alot of bulky clothes because I feel self-consciencous. The skirt I had on today was hugging me a couple of weeks ago and today I had to keep turning it around because it was falling off my hips. I felt so good. Then I go to my parents house and my mom was like making the meanest comments on how big I looked. It really bothered me enough to come home and still do the workout.

I don't want to use negative comments to motivate me but I just feel I need to prove something to them and to myself.

My motto" Just show up"-this helps me when I am working out and I really don't want to. Just show up.

Count me in on the original rotation. When I ordered these DVDs a month or so ago, I was so determined to actually do them but that wore off after a few days. I will need to start all over but damnit I want nice abs!!!!

Hey everyone.....getting a good start today. I have really turned up the intensity today. I used an energy supplement this morning and boy did I have energy.
When I got to the gym- I extended my run from 60 minutes to 70 minutes then I lifted weights for about 25 minutes and then I came home and had incredible energy still so I did CP2 and Fat Blaster. I still feel good.

I am so excited about turning up the heat on our workout. I can see the abs definition come in and I so happy. I am committed to doing this. And my waist is shrinking........

I need to find out how many times to do the Fat Blaster since it is a quicker fat burner because of the turbo;s .

beforeim35-WELCOME remember to enjoy the workouts and the results.

Turbomimi-we need you to....

The invitation is still open for those who want to joing our challenge even if you don't start on july 10th. Join us anyway.

Have blessed day everyone, and remember to work it girl!!!!!!

Okay, my current "rotation" is simply:

Day A: 20-minute workout/Cardio Party/Ab Jam
Day B: 20-minute workout/Turbo Sculpt/Booty Sculpt + Abs Live

Which turns out to be approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes per day. I do them all at once because when I get going, it's better to just keep going than to stop and say, "I'll do that later." I know me, and there will probably never be a later. But I mean, you can do 20 minutes in the morning, and the other 2 workouts at night, and stuff like that. I know, I know. That might be a bit too intense for some people, so just do what you can! Right!?

Good news! I lost 2 lbs overnight! Haha. It's due to all that water I drank last night. The scale was not moving, so I just drank tons, and TADA! One more pound and it will make a total of 10 pounds lost with TJ in...well, I've only been doing it for about 4 weeks. The 12th of July will complete my 5th week! OMG. How exciting!
