Hi!
I'm on wave one until tomorrow.
I've been taking to work the following for snacks:
celery, broccoli, zucchini or yellow squash slices
raw almonds
whole grain low fat crackers
Laughing Cow cheese
peanut butter
For lunch I generally have a salad with EVOO and vinegar or a fat free ranch.
I try to have some kind of protein such as grilled chicken or roast beef slices on top of the salad.
Supper is when I have my grilled vegetables with some type of meat.
