Sunday planning thread

  • B - 2 whole grain Kashi waffles, natural peanut butter

    S - Horizons organic low fat yogurt, 6 oz blackberries

    L - 3 veggie tacos (3 whole wheat tortillas, 2 crumbled veggie burgers, salsa, a little low fat cheese, spinach leaves)

    S - mango

    S - sliced orange pepper

    D - 6oz salmon - blackened (rubbed with 1 tbs olive oil), steamed broccoli, big baked sweet potato
  • Sunday is my "free" day so this might be more than usual

    B-greek omelet (1oz feta, 1C spinach, 2 eggs)
    S-20 cherries
    L-1 enchilada, 1 lite beer
    S-ff latte
    D- roast veggies, pita, feta, hummus, 1/2 c apple crisp
