Welcome

Support helps alot to stay motivated and on plan. Have you chosen a diet plan or exercise routine?

How about just healthy eating and exercise? Maybe some calorie counting and fitday.com. This way you can eat what you want and still lose weight

This is what I do and I love it - I doesn't feel like a diet at all and this is something I feel that I can do for the rest of my life.

Thank you Sotypical i will look at that and as for WW nothing was wrong with it it's absolutely wonder i just couldn't afford the meetings anymore so of course I lost the motivation to keep going when you dont have to answer to the weekly weigh in trust me it slowly caught up to me and now i just wanna do something i can afford and still eat that was the thing i loved the most about WW i could eat whatever i wanted just had to watch my points

Remember that you can never entirely 'lose it'. You'll always have the knowledge you've gained any time you lose a few pounds. When you get rolling again, you'll build on that knowledge. Each time, you're a little smarter.
