Hello Everyone!!!
I am in need of BUDDY!!!! Please if there is anyone out there who can give me some motivation, tips, ideas, anything ~ I would greatly ppreciate it!!!
Here is a little about me:
I am Jen, a soon to be 30yr (in Sept) and a sahm of 2 girls (8 & 6) living in NE Ohio. I have pretty much had a little weight problem most of my live (20 to 30lbs), but after my second child, it all went down hill.
I just keep gaining wieght, I am now over 100lbs over weight. And, with each pound gained the engery LOSS is doubled.
I find myself saying - "Oh, I'm sorry honey, mommy can't do so&so, because she is to big or tierd." How sad is that!!!! I can't play with my kids because it is to uncomfortable, or I'm to tired. That just is not right.
Before my weight gets too out of control I want to do something about it. I am lucky that so far I do not have any major medical problem. But... I can already notice changes in my body and know that I'm going to start happening. This is NOT the kind of role model I want to be for my kids!!!!
The 1st step to correcting problem is knowing that you have a probem right? I now realize how bad my diet is, and just how lazy I have become. Currently, I can not afford to go to the gym, but I am willing to workout at home and i am willing to change my diet. I am NOT a cook by any means and really do not like any veggies, but i am willing to take baby steps and I can follow directions pretty well.

please let me know. I now have my PC all connected so I can be online or I have unlimited long distance on my phone, so I can communicate that way too.
