  • Im new to this web site and i hope it does me some good figuring im on the puter 8+ hours a day i know I need support i've tried this diet path alone to many times and failed so looking to make some new great friends as well as advice and i hope i can do the same for some of you, im 33 5'8 and 190

    Support helps alot to stay motivated and on plan. Have you chosen a diet plan or exercise routine?
  • Nope i was hoping for some advice to what i need to do you see i've done everything from atkins to ww to chemicals i shouldnt have touched in the first place i was looking into the rice diet any sugg?

  • How about just healthy eating and exercise? Maybe some calorie counting and fitday.com. This way you can eat what you want and still lose weight

    This is what I do and I love it - I doesn't feel like a diet at all and this is something I feel that I can do for the rest of my life.
  • Thank you Sotypical i will look at that and as for WW nothing was wrong with it it's absolutely wonder i just couldn't afford the meetings anymore so of course I lost the motivation to keep going when you dont have to answer to the weekly weigh in trust me it slowly caught up to me and now i just wanna do something i can afford and still eat that was the thing i loved the most about WW i could eat whatever i wanted just had to watch my points
