Ok the scale hasn't moved in two weeks.

Not up, not down just the same 240. Ok my food has been off. I wasn't eating enough and I probably need to kick that up a notch.

Also I started lifting again for the past two weeks. So it probably both the addition of weight and the subtraction of food that sent my body into a tailspin and it decided to stay still.

Just need to know I'm not alone and this happens from time to time and that I need to keep going in spite of.

I'm training for a Duathlon some time this year, there are two that I'm considering one in June and another in December. In the meantime I'm doing a 5k here and an organized bike ride there. I was losing steady 2lbs a week until I started lifting again but I know I need to lift (stay injury free, tighten up those arms, ect). I don't lift for my legs b/c it just wipes me out for my other cardio efforts so I use heavy resistance in Spin class and on my weekend bike ride and the muscles in my legs are OUT OF CONTROL(they look good)! Guidance please Gurus. I've posted here several times and always get great info.
Thanks Ruthie
