Exclamation BTB Members chat~ Game 3!!

Hi all ! and welcome!! glad you found us! So tomorrow is the first day of game 3 and I'm ready this time! i have my exercise program all ampped out and ready to go!! The "diet" thing is as usual, eat everything, but less of it!

well i went shopping this afternoon and got stocked up on good foods and totally avoided all types of foods i am known to binge on. returned home to find the bagger never put my bag of fruit in the cart- and since it's a 25 minute drive back there so I'll just stop in the morning and buy bananas and apples. I'll save my receipt and get it next time i go up that way.
I printed out points rules for the game and am planning on measuring tonight- hubby is going to take a before pic tonight. I will weigh in the morning.
Exercise is my downfall and need to get it together and just go for a walk- we finally live in a nice neighborhood where i can walk and not be worried about getting run over.
I was really good as we all went for ice cream tonight and i didn't get anything - i wanted it But was afraid i'd want more every day if i ate some.
I am excited and really looking forward to this!

A day on the lake!!!!!

I spent the day on the lake and had a great time. Andddddddddd I made it to ONEderland!!!!!!!!!! Look at me, 10 more pounds to go to the tat!!!!!

Sandi-you're on the ball! Good for you!
As for me, I'm ready too. I'm going to take this week on head on. I don't know why, but I feel so motiviated. Probably cause I had a bad weekend w no exercise and lots and lots of food. I'm ready though and if I do good, I get a whole day off of school work, guilt free. Can't wait for that day.

I have about 20 lbs to lose for reasons that include health, vanity, peace of mind and a shopping spree-- in no particular order. (Well, maybe health first. And then the shopping spree.) Good Morning Ladies-It sounds like we are all ready to tackle game 3 with lots of energy! Great Job!

Welcome nivelodia and sandy. I'm sure you'll get lots of support and motivation thru the game.

La3y-YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Congrats on your ONEderland status. You've been doing awesome and I can't wait to see you posting a pic of the tat VERY soon! I'm so happy for you.

Angela-I had some bad eating over the weekend too. I am not to worried about it though. Odd considering how guilty it usually makes me feel. I think I've finally realized that this IS my new lifestyle, and I need to give myself slack sometimes and enjoy a drink or two and the occasional sweet. I just have to make sure these things stay occasional and I'll be alright. Glad that you're pumped for game 3.

I've got a floor aerobics class at the gym where I'll also have my weigh in/measurements. Had a nice weekend here. Girls night at the comedy club was fun. Sunday I played 2 church services, had a meeting for my coed softball team, then came home relaxed and finished reading a book. We went to our nephews house and played some games of PIG (basketball) then came home had dinner and I finally started a painting I've been planning for over a week. It was a nice, peaceful day.

This week is going to be very busy. Huge day of teaching lessons tonight, training, class, and a meeting in Ypsilanti tomorrow night, Wednesday is Choirs last rehearsal for the cantata, Thursday I have to play a communion service, Friday is the cantata performance AND a LONG service. My mornings are still pretty open except babysitting n & n so should be ok exercise wise. I'm going to be one tired gal on Saturday and then LOTS of services on Sunday! Can't wait for this week to be over.

i bypassed the coffee today - i just need to keep away from the coffee (coffee + me =eat everything in sight ) so far so good!
Thanks for the warm welcome - this week is one of our busy weeks too- lots of extra work this week and i get Friday off so it's extra hours mon- fri. I am going to curves today and another gym just to see prices.
I also at my measurements last night- never quite realize how ... I'll use the phrase "out of shape " one is unitl you get out the tape measure. BUT i did weigh in at 165 this a.m.and will use that as a starting point.

Hi all how is everyone. My weekend was nice a little to much eating but I am over it a whole new Game and start of me losing weight today. I sat down alot and thought about where I want to be how far I have come from where I was 47 lbs ago. And it's time to let go of the rest 43lbs. And then to make one more goal after that. And I am pumped and ready to start eating healthly and Exercising. ANd it also helps that I am in this weight challenge at work and the pot is $800 dollars sweet new Wardrobe and even my new tattoo...LOL Well have a great day girls

Ah, a fresh start! And I am sure gonna take advantage of it. Game 2 was not my best but I will surely make this one my most successful.

Hey everyone!

I can't wait to get started. The last couple weeks I've gone a bit slack (though amazingly still losing weight :?) so this is my chance to get moving! I plan on doing aerobics and weights today.

This might sound weird, but last night I was laying in bed just feeling my body (abs, arms, legs, etc.) to see if I noticed any changes in fat and muscle... and I did! Even along my inner thighs I could actually feel MUSCLE! I could hardly believe it. My thighs have always been my biggest problem area... at one time, each one of them was almost as big as my waist!! So I am very excited.

Today, I have so much to do...didn't want to get out of bed!!! LOL. I need to clean, go to school and then have guitar lessons. It may not sound like a lot, but when you do school at home and are use to being at home most days, it's a lot! I will get it done. I am going to count my cleaning as exercising bc I will not have time to do my tapes today. I have serious cleaning! Good luck everyone.

Morning ladies!! I'm pumped today! I lost 2 lbs and I'm feelin' groovy!

So I got up today and did a 1 hour work out already! If my little stinker bum(Ryan) didn't get up I would have kept going!

I hope the other newbies show up soon! Guess i better go look for them!!
