Question Isometric and Isotonic exercises

Hello ladies

Long time no post. I'm getting back into exercise after a long time off and was wondering what you all thought of Isometric and Isotonic exercises? I am unable to use my weights (they're packed up in a storage locker) and cannot even afford to think about going to the gym (in between temp assignments).

I found this site www.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/OBB/OBB.html and wondered what you all thought.

Any hints and tips would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
Jayne

Have you had a look at Krista's site www.stumptuous.com ? She has exercises you can do with household items.
I do little hold and squeeze exercises while I'm watching TV some evenings but I've never done any research to see what I'm helping. It just feels like I'm doing something
Let's see what the others say.
