Long time no post.
I'm getting back into exercise after a long time off and was wondering what you all thought of Isometric and Isotonic exercises? I am unable to use my weights (they're packed up in a storage locker) and cannot even afford to think about going to the gym (in between temp assignments).I found this site www.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/OBB/OBB.html and wondered what you all thought.
Any hints and tips would be most appreciated.
