I really need a push with exercise. I choose walking as my exercise regimen and gearing up for Spring next month. I am seeking buddies who want to share step counts daily via PM's. I have whip out my step meter and walked this morning, so far I have stepped 1127...my goal is to get 2000-4000 a day and build up. I will walk again after lunch.

I have walked 1 mile!! steppin zone= 2032! That is it for me for today..till tomorrow.. I can only do 1 mile to start..otherwise, my knee or ankle acts up.
