I'm new as well, can't get on everyday but have been helped a lot just by reading other people's info. I used to live in Whidbey Island Washington. It's gorgeous up there, so at least if you walk you'll have beautiful surroundings.

I completely understand about the work situation, it's one of my big battles too. I'm a nurse on the night shift and every shift there is a crazy amount of sugar/chips to be had. They get hard to resist once I'm tired.
