Well good morning, and my weekend was just about the same I had two family event one at a all you can eat buffet. Not good the the other one there really wasn't good food choices so I really over it it I am sure. I am so mad at myself for it too. Why Why Why do I do great all week then comes the weekend and I mess it up. I just don't get it I even did the water thing great, I even exercised 3 days a week. WHY didn't the scale move . No lose , I can believe it. Your right we need something diffrent I need to get my butt in gear. I have a big wedding event in April of 2006 I will be seeing people I haven't seen in years I can't be 176 I need to be at least 145. Well I need to step up my game or something
