Good monday morning< Not doing so well over here I have fallen completely off the wagon this past week and the sclaes showing the true numbers ARRGGHH! I had a little talk with myself this am and have decided to recomit myself to this and get my arse back up on the wagon@! This was yesterdays horoscope for me and it couldnt have been more right!!

Recent overindulgence and food and drink may have you feeling a bit under the weather this morning, connie. Avoid coffee and other stimulants, and try to sleep in a little if you can. Well I hope that I can stick to this and get back in gear! Im wondering if we should start a new challenge to remotivate ourselfs if you want to let me know and maybe you could give me some ideas? Things have to get moving or Im never going to get where I want to be !@! Ihope all of you had wayyy better results this week and Know that I am right here behind you trying to catch up LOL!!

Well good morning, and my weekend was just about the same I had two family event one at a all you can eat buffet. Not good the the other one there really wasn't good food choices so I really over it it I am sure. I am so mad at myself for it too. Why Why Why do I do great all week then comes the weekend and I mess it up. I just don't get it I even did the water thing great, I even exercised 3 days a week. WHY didn't the scale move . No lose , I can believe it. Your right we need something diffrent I need to get my butt in gear. I have a big wedding event in April of 2006 I will be seeing people I haven't seen in years I can't be 176 I need to be at least 145. Well I need to step up my game or something

Wednesday Morning. Looks like its just you and I stacy, hows the week going?? Mines kinda on the fence so far but it is only Wed.LOL I was thinking along with our water and diet challenge what about a little exercise competition . How many minutes of actuall exercise your can fit in a week. See who can get more ? Just a thought . Hope you are okay and getting along better than last week

Hey lady, I was doing good till last night I had the munchies like crazy and I did eat 7 cookies bad STACEY, but I will move on another day another dollar. I am really bad about exercise I am having a hard time doing 30 min of anything. I am so out of shape it ain't funny, girl I use to dance and be a cheerleader I was telling my mom yesterday I can't believe I have let myself go so much I can't do half the exercises I could 5 years ago. I would like to push for 4 days starting out 30 min. I really think that's all I can do and just work my way up to one hour four days a week. Let me know what you do for exercise and how long. I am doing better then I was last week I have a new look on things like I have to get this weight off, it's not a option anymore I must get going on the exercise the water and really watch what I eat cause I have to get this weight off before April 2006. Well glad to here your doing good keep it up and let me know on the exercise challenge I'm in 100% .

I have no idea what Im doing wrong but somethings not working the way its supposed to !!! I am back up to 171 this am and let me tell ya I am not very happy! As far as exercise goes stac I usually try to at least walk the kids back and forth to school, I have been slacking off in this area and only waking them to school I need to find my motivation again! WHich is getting diffucult knowing Ill be living in sweat pants and baggy T shirts in a month or so ! Hopefully if I behave this weekend this weight will go I am hoping its just sodium water weight!! Have a great weekend !
Im going to try to walk today and sunday and maybe a bike ride sat see what the weather holds!!! GOOD LUCK THIS WEEKEND !!!

Hey lady I have done okay this week but this weekend is my challenge I always seem to due something wrong but this weekend will be diffrent. Well keep you chin up it can be just sodium or water. Just continue to move forward and I am sure on Monday the scale will change. Good Luck this weekend too!!
