Since I was so honest yesterday, and this is a new habit I'm trying to form--

lunch PSVV condiment
Healthy choice
lettuce, tomato, FF salad dressing
mid PM snack
15 grapes
unsalted peanuts
Dinner
poached chicken, brocoli, crackers
water over 64oz down
