This is perfectly normal. I still weigh daily and just yesterday morning my scale showed a 2 lb. jump overnight. My initial reaction, of course, was "wha hoppin"

Then the logical side kicked in and I reminded myself that weight fluctuates wildly based on various factors. My guess is it was probably too much sodium. So I kept cool, and just went on about my business, knowing that I hadn't actually done anything to gain 2 lbs. of fat overnight. This morning?... Poof, those extra 2 lbs. were gone and all was well. The point is, you just gotta keep going. Don't beat yourself up, don't let yourself freak out and throw in the towel, cause where's that gonna leave you? With another gain on the scale, except this one will count! This is an every day process and we gotta either take it or leave it, even with all of it's ups and downs. Remember, you can do this, so don't let life trip you up. Good luck!
