New person
Hey everyone,
I found this site while looking online for smoothie recipes. I am trying to lose around 50lbs. I know it's not going to happen overnight. I thought I would give this site a try because I can do better with support. My parents support me but since my mom is overweight, her way of supporting is by telling me how fat I am. So that doesn't work so well. I love dancing and aerobics, as long as it changes and isn't repetitive the whole time, so if anybody knows any good videos. I look forward to meeting everyone.
