hey all! I'm Jen and I'm 21 from Richmond (Houston), TX. I have only been Diet/Excersing for 1 1/2 weeks now and I have already lost 2 lbs. I'm looking to lose 83 more. I could definitly use some support!
Hi JC - wow you're on the right track! I check into this site everyday to get some inspiration. I also usually share the day's plan or day's diet events with everyone. I find that checking in helps me to stay on track. Saturdays are tougher than week days for me.
My plan today is
breakfast - protein (cottage cheese) and fruit
lunch - probably a light salad w/no dressing
dinner - grilled chicken with veggies
lots and lots of seltzer, some great garden fresh veggies for snacks
exercise swimming!
I recommend you look through lots of the sites here. Good luck to you - you're so young and have so much ahead of you, good for you starting this lifestyle-change journey now!!!! Take care.
