I did WW meetings & online about 4 years ago and did awesome. I can't afford meetings and at this time the Online fee either so I found my point slider and will be doing it from for awhile. I also follow tips from Dr. Phil's books for nutrition and habits.
Last week I lost a lb but only journaled a couple days but did stop when I felt full. I'm so excited for myself now. I can't wait to get back in my prepregnant size clothes. Got 20 lbs to go till they will fit again. My dd is 10 months and I was breastfeeding and really really hungry all the time. I was 5 lbs from pre pregnant weight at 3 week post partum but gained it back fast. Now that she isn't nursing anymore I can diet without worrying about her nutrition though I do try to eat nutritionaly all the time anyway.
I started at 285 and am now at 274 as my stats in siggy show.
