Default daily dish about subway wraps?

I just read a copy on another site about the atkins subway wraps at subway. the person said they copied it from a previous daily dish from the SBD web site. If any one knows anything about this please share. Any way it said that the acual wrap part that goes around the sandwich is SBD friendly you just need to choose good ingredients, a kinda make you own thing. These were the ingredients listed as SBD friendly:

HAm
Roast beef
sliced turkey
tuna salad
Seafood and crab salad

Vinigar
Mustard
Mayonnaise
olive oil
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
cvucumber
Jalepeno
Bananna peppers

What do you girls think? Of course this is Phase 2 friendly!

I think yum yum and I hope it's ok! I don't see why not except the no real whole wheat in the wrap itself but they are low carb so maybe they will be good.

I certainly hope they're OK, as I have no plans to stop eating them! :lol You do have to watch the fat content, though. Since Subway will make any sandwich a wrap for an extra 50 cents, you should be fine. (I had to switch from the subs 'cause when I eat too much bread, my darling Linda yarks all over me. )

Sabra, what causing the "yarking"? Is Linda a built in SBD security system? Or is your milk too sweet?

Pikapuffie: I thought the opposite, for a low carb wrap, it was pretty good. Mine was really soft and tasted much like a full carb wrap to me. I've had them twice before SBD. One "sandwich artist" knew how to wrap it but another didn't so if you had a bunch of bread at the end of the wrap I can see how it would remind you of cardboard but any wrap does that for me.

I eat them every once in awhile. They are not called Atkins wraps here so could be a different recipe. I quite like them but they certainly don't look whole wheat. I find fast food choices incredibly limiting.

dont forget that you need only to add the things from that lest so a bacon ranch probly is not a good idea. I dont want to mislead anyone to go out and order one of the ones that they suggest because they are designed for the Atkins diet not south beach so you will have to make it South beach friendly.

hmm... the one i had was specifically the atkins wrap but i think they probably do have non atkins wraps as well. i'm not sure. maybe in canada they are different as well. all i know is the wrap i had tasted nothing like a normal wrap. like it was gonna disolve in your mouth when you ate it and not in a good way. i can't describe it. it had an odd taste as well. *shudders at the memory*
