sorry to be so delayed in starting this up... work just gets in the way, ya know!!!!!
have been keeping up with walking/hiking...
and now i have to split my weight workouts... alternating upper and lower body, and i'm not allowed to work out more than 4 days a week... not until we get this food schedule under control. more about that later.
get busy, folks!!!! just because i'm a little SLOW doesn't mean YOU get to be!!!!
Nothing new here. My 9:00 AM Water walking class is changing to 8:00AM next week so the Strength & Flexability class that's after it can be at 9:00 instead of 10:00 for the summer. Starting at 10:00 the yse the pool for swimming lessons for the little tykes. Personally, I'm glad, cause now I'll have time to do both. Several in the class are unhappy because they think 8:00 is way too early!
Just me again. It makes me feel good to post my exercise, even though it's always pretty much the same.
I did 1 hour 15 minutes today and played an hour of softball last night. After I'm done listing on ebay today, I'm going out to mow some very big weeds, so I think that should count too.
this morning was an hour and change [like about 10 minutes]
and two hours of weights this afternoon
and another 30 minute walk [what am i NUTS!!!!????]
and as soon as i'd walked about two blocks i realized that this WAS A BAD IDEA for someone who's been battling the fatigue... but did i STOP?????
oh NOOOOOOOO. i kept going!!!!!!!!
and now, it'll be a hot shower and early to bed since i've done too much again... oh. now HERE'S a good idea... how about the other half of my protein shake??
