Unhappy Sweets?

Should I be trying to cut out sweets all together? I bought some sugar free candies and they help my sweet tooth. But I have heard that it is best to cut it out completely. What does the SBD suggest?

Also I too have a hard time eating the Ricotta Creme. It is the texture for me. I am getting used to it though. My DH and I tried the same flavorings but in cottage cheese. It was much better for me. I could chew it. LOL!!

Well, for me it was easier to avoid the sweets cause it cut back on cravings.....except for the dessert each night - I had to have that.

Try the South Beach Peanut Butter dessert that is on the recipe section. It's very good. Also, you could have the sugar free jello for dessert if the ricotta cream isn't working for you. There is also a recipe for bean cake. I made it last night but haven't tried it yet, but my dh tasted a tiny peice and said it was good. I think it's OK for Phase 1.
