What's the deal with Mayo? Can you have the real stuff or not? I am only about 80 pages into the book, but I saw that you can have tuna salad. I thought low fat was the trick here, but Dr. A said to use the real stuff. When do you know to go low fat?
Also, someone mentioned that you can have Marie's Blue Cheese dressing. I realize that the oil part is probably okay, but what about the Blue Cheese part. Is it low fat, or doesn't it matter.
