My Christmas goal is to lose 10 lbs.

*I'll be off my Prednisone tomorrow so Monday I'll be right back on WW and journaling again. I'll weigh in on Monday and see if I gained any.I'll also have a new starting weight then.

My Christmas Challenge..."For myself"

I would like to suggest that everyone give theirselves a priceless gift for Christmas. Lose some weight!! I know this time of year we always think of New Year's resolutions but why not get a jump start!!

I love love to see everyone on our regular thread join in with us on this special challenge tread! In the past, every goal I have made...I didn't make. BUT this one....I WILL MAKE!! I am more determined than I have ever been.

I challenge myself to lose 20 pounds by Christmas!!!

Starting weight on Oct 28th.....{228} This in itself takes alot for me to post because I really didn't want anyone to know how much I STILL weighed. Get ready everyone for the NEW DEBBIE!!

Debbie,
I could feel the MOTIVATION & DETERMINTATION in your post!!! I know this time you mean it and will do it!!! I haven't heard you sound like this in a long time!! Let's get this weight off once and for all!!!!!!!

I would like to lose 10 lbs. more then try to maintain my weight between 150-155.

Let's do it Debbie!!!!!

Well I'm up 5 lbs. from the meds. Now my NEW Christmas goal is to lose 10 lbs. PLUS the 5 I gained for a total of 15 lbs!!!! I can do it!!

Debbie....WTG Girl!!!! Yeah for 2 more lbs!!!! You are doing GREAT!!!

Shelley.....Are you drinking your water? Did you start journaling again?

I drank more water today, but I didn't journal.

Sherry-Your weight from the meds will drop off as soon as you start drinking loads of water. Right now your main concern needs to be getting well, not your weight!!

Okay, I started on Sat. I weighed in this morning-133, so I guess Sunday will be my WI day.
Saturday's menu
B-Coffee,Oatmeal-5
L-Salad,Apple,Cereal=6
D-Rice,peas,mushrooms,eggs,ground beef=10
Snacks-Fudgscicles, Candy Corn=9
Total for day=30
APs Earned=7
Total=23

I know this is a no-no, but I am going to WI everyday until I get back under 130. Monday's WI-132. 1 lb down. However, I do know that it fluctuates day to day.

Sunday
B-Coffee, oatmeal=5
S-Fudgscicle=2
L-Salad, Popcorn-5
D-Lite bread, chicken,steak=10
S-Fudgscicles,candy corn (it's almost gone!),cereal=9
Total=31
AP's earned=8
Total for day=23

Monday Nov.10th Weigh-In:
Down 3 lbs!!!!

I lost 3 lbs. of the 5lbs. I gained on Pred. Now I have 2 more to go THEN my 10 lb. Challenge Goal!!
