*I'll be off my Prednisone tomorrow so Monday I'll be right back on WW and journaling again. I'll weigh in on Monday and see if I gained any.I'll also have a new starting weight then.
I would like to suggest that everyone give theirselves a priceless gift for Christmas. Lose some weight!! I know this time of year we always think of New Year's resolutions but why not get a jump start!!
I love love to see everyone on our regular thread join in with us on this special challenge tread! In the past, every goal I have made...I didn't make. BUT this one....I WILL MAKE!! I am more determined than I have ever been.

I would like to lose 10 lbs. more then try to maintain my weight between 150-155.
Sherry-Your weight from the meds will drop off as soon as you start drinking loads of water. Right now your main concern needs to be getting well, not your weight!!
Okay, I started on Sat. I weighed in this morning-133, so I guess Sunday will be my WI day.

I know this is a no-no, but I am going to WI everyday until I get back under 130. Monday's WI-132. 1 lb down. However, I do know that it fluctuates day to day.
