Sherry wow more than 30 pounds. You are incredible! I am so proud of you. I keep recirculating 5 pounds that I keep losing.
Thanksgiving weekend was nice. We camped til sunday at noon then went to Larry's mom's place in a small country town and ate too much. Then yesterday we did yard work in the morning and headed out back to the country to my mom and dad's for dinner. Of course ate too much again. Today I need to slow down. It is a sunny day here ( just like Sherry's Good Morning sign )but it was below freezing this morning.

I'm down 6 pounds for the month(the same 6 I put on last month)
Sherry-I am guilty of just lurking. I come home, run (or not) then eat and lay down and fall asleep!! I have been kind of upset this week due to Mike's partner. I can't stand him and don't like the way he treats Mike. He is over here constantly, and I just get so mad that I go in my room and lay down!
Dee-It must be getting cold up there!! It has been so nice here in the mornings the last 2 days. When we wake up it is a breezy 65 or 66 degrees. Then of course it goes up to 86 or 87 during the day.
