My goal for March will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.
Mar1: 50 min outdoor walk
Mar3: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi
Mar4: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi
Mar6: 30 min brisk walk AM; second 30 min moderate walk late AM
Mar7: 50 min SLOW 2.5 mi stroll w/neighbor and small dog
Mar8: 35 min moderate walk 2 mi
Mar9: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi
Mar10: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi
Mar13: 30 min walk
Mar14: 45 min walk
Mar18: 40 min walk
Mar21: 30 min brisk walk 2 mi

Welcome, everyone! Does anyone else want to join us in exercise as the weather improves (in the northern hemisphere) or before it deteriorates (in the southern hemisphere)?

I'm joining a bit late, but here goes! Since January, I've been joggiing 70-80 minutes a day on a mini trampoline. I start with 45 minutes-1 hour in the early morning before work and then try for another 10 or 20 at the end of the day before I fix dinner. (Dinner has been late, starting at 7 instead of our usual 6).
Today I bounced for 45 minutes, biked for 12, and did strength stuff for my legs for 15. I will shoot for a 25-minute bounce this evening.
