good evening! sorry I haven't been awol. have been very busy these past few days getting ready for winter. finally all caught up. did 2 miles leslie Sansone this morning. took the bus to a neighboring community for my mammogram. got a great report! was able to get the early bus home. had lunch. power walked and ran errands after lunch. did 2 more leslie Sansone. will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes.
