  • Good Morning, Everyone!

    A new month! I am going to try to be more consistent with longer workouts. I struggle with weight loss with shorter workouts. Eating on plan helps, too.

  • good evening! got home from power walking and running errands in a nearby community a half an hour ago. i ran into janelle, my boss at environmental services, at rite aid. she was running some errands like i was. will go for another power walk and run more errands in a few minutes.
